Ben-Yishai Hoter, known as "The Singing Mohel", is one of Israel's leading Mohalim and performers. After Ben-Yishai's brother, Gavriel hy"d, was tragically killed in the terror attack on Otniel Yeshiva in 2002, the musical Hoter family released their first album, "HaKol HeChaser" (The Missing Voice), and have released numerous songs and albums since.
