Honey Cake Recipe 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 cup oil 3/4 cup honey 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 2 1/2 cups sifted plain flour 1 cup strong coffee Cream together the eggs and sugar. Add the oil, honey, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix well. Slowly add the sifted flour, mix well. Then add the coffee and mix.
