Ingredients
1 . 1 bag of mix leaves / spinach
2 . 1 punnet if strawberries
3 . 1 box of raspberries / 1/2 pomegranate
4 . 2 mandarins
5 . 1 avocado
6 . 1 bag or 1/2 box of caramelised nuts / preferable pinks nuts but can use any kind
7 . 1/2 cup of craisins

Dressing
3/4 cup of light olive oil / vegetable oil
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Pinch of pepper
Optional - 1/4 cup of honey / sugar

Cut everything up and place it nicely on a platter with the mix leaves at the bottom and sprinkle on the dressing
