• 4 eggs
• 1 lb honey
• 2 cups sugar
• Beat together
• 2 cups self raising flour
• 2 cups plain flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3 tsp cocoa
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup oil

Mix together

Add 2 cups boiling water (bit less) with tea for colouring

Bake at 325c or 300c for 1 1/2 hours
