Easiest dessert - 5 easy ingredients!

● 1 bag of frozen berries of your choice - I like “Coles Frozen Four Fruits Mix”

● 1 container non-dairy whipped topping like “Haddar whipped topping”

● 1 pack of 8 Kosher meringues - “Coles Meringue Nests 8 Pack”

● ½ cup pomegranate juice

● ⅓ cup sugar (optional!)

● 1 pomegranate seeds for garnish

Blend the berries, whip topping and pomegranate juice (and sugar if desired). Lay out the meringues on a cookie sheet and use a spoon to drop 1-2 large spoonful’s of the ice cream onto each meringue. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. Can be served right away or frozen till needed.
