Ingredients & Method
- 3 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup honey
3.5 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar oil and honey together for 5-7 minutes. Gradually add in flour and baking soda. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 180
Working with floured hands, shape dough into 2 cm balls. Flatten with fingers. Place on floured baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 min until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to cool.
